Turn what you said into a five-slide carousel plan.
Paste your transcript and click the lines you want to use. Line them up across five slides and tighten the wording, and you have text ready to paste into Canva. Each slide keeps the line it came from, so you can check you are not adding things you never said.
- You bring
- A video, podcast, or webinar transcript or script (up to 30,000 characters)
- You get
- Text for five slides, each with the line it came from
- Your text
- Stays in this browser. Nothing is uploaded or saved
Source
YouTube transcripts with timestamps and SRT captions work as they are. Timestamps show next to each line.
How it works
Paste your source
Paste a transcript or script and it splits into single lines. Caption files and timestamped transcripts are joined into readable lines.
Click the lines you want
A line you click goes onto the selected slide and becomes its first draft. You can add up to 3 lines per slide, and the tool moves on to the next empty slide.
Tighten and copy
Turn spoken lines into short slide text. When you are done, copy everything and paste it into Canva.
Notes while you write
The tool compares your slide text with the lines you picked and points out things that are easy to miss.
- “3” is a number that is not in the lines you picked.
Catches numbers you never said. - A source line is no longer in your source.
Shows up when you edit the source and a picked line disappears. - 142 characters. Aim for 120 or fewer on one slide.
Shows up when a slide has too much text.
What this tool does not do
- It does not write anything with AI. You pick the lines and edit the text.
- It does not check whether your source is correct.
- It does not upload or save your text. It is gone when you close or reload the page, so copy it or save a file if you need it.
FAQ
What kind of source can I use?
Transcripts of your own videos, podcasts, or webinars, interview scripts, or any other text you have the right to use.
How do I paste a YouTube transcript?
Open “Show transcript” in the video description, copy the whole transcript, and paste it in. Timestamp lines are removed and shown next to each line instead.
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. Everything happens in this browser, and nothing is saved.
Why five slides?
Five slides keep one post to one idea and fit a simple flow: a cover, three body slides, and a closing slide.
Is it free?
Yes, and there is no sign-up.
Want the angles and draft made for you?
We are building a Canva AI app that suggests five angles from your transcript and turns the one you choose into a five-slide draft you finish in Canva. It is not available yet.
